There are no two jobs the same and it will depend entirely on what you have done as to how long the job takes. We have had customers say before that “I have a friend who had a new kitchen/bathroom fitted and only took this amount of time, what it is there are different ways of carrying out the installations, the quick way cutting corners and the good professional way.

You are spending a considerable amount of money on your new kitchen/bathroom/heating installation, whatever it is that you are having done. You deserve to have it done safely and correctly. Here at PDR Plumbing and Heating Ltd, we aim to complete our installations when we say we would, however, it is not always the case and often things materialise that you cannot reasonably predict. However we work with our customer to overcome whatever issues that have risen, but we do not rush and compromise with the safety and quality we seek to achieve. Quite frankly, we would rather walk away from a job than take it on, on an unrealistic time schedule

Clear any area where we might be working of contents and let us know if you have any specific requirements or appointments that may mean you are not available to speak with during the works.

No job is the same, however our work ethic is. All of our team will leave an area as he/she found it. In fact, more often than not, it will be cleaner or tidier than before.

However, any works whilst being undertaken may cause mess/dust or noise, so there will be side effects to the work, that are out of our control. We will always endeavor to keep these to a minimum, but there is always a risk that some mess can be present after we have left.

Yes. Depending on the service will dictate the fee. For simple plumbing works, our call out includes the first hour of labour. Leak detection works fees cover the first four hours.

Yes, we hold insurance that protects you and your property against any accidental damage.
